Accessibility

Information for audiences, artists, promoters and venues.

Our Approach

Hanging Stone works across different venues, so access arrangements can vary from show to show. We aim to share clear event information early and to work with venues on practical adjustments wherever possible.

Before a Show

Event pages should include venue, timing, ticket and access information before tickets are promoted widely. If details are still being confirmed, we will say so rather than leave important access questions unclear.

For venue-led shows, access requests may need to be handled directly by the venue or ticketing partner.

At Events

Heavy and alternative shows may include high volume, dense crowds, low lighting, smoke effects or flashing lights. We will flag known strobe or intense lighting where we have that information.

Where a personal assistant, essential companion, seating space or early entry would help you attend safely, raise this as early as possible so it can be discussed with the venue.

Artists and Promoters

Artist registration and booking forms now include space to tell us about access needs, media requirements, or anything that would make a show safer and easier to deliver.
